USAPL NorCal Meet

What happened to the meet that was supposed to be in Yuba City on August 16th? The USAPL California website now says there's a push/pull on August 16. Is it in the same place or a different venue? I was hoping to use it to try to qualify for Nationals, but I guess I'll have to wait until November.
