Hey, I agree, got to keep the squat and deadlift. If we have to lose one, OUT WITH THE BENCH! They are over on that other place wanting to get rid of the squat. Over here we know what powerlifting is. Right now, I have been reduced to just benching but as soon as I can, I will squat and deadlift. Squats aren't hard to judge unless you are blind.
