I agree that the NFL doesn't post much about their third string players but they always have more than enough players to fill their rosters with many left waiting. As you point out, the men's open is shrinking. This year, the price of gas and airfare is playing a big part, airfare from Charleston yesterday was $824 to Killeen. I would be willing to bet that the NGB meeting numbers will be down too. Still, there has to be something that we could do to get the numbers up.
