In Response To: IPF rules tarnishing USAPL popularity? (Bud Randall)

USAPL leadership has stated that no lifter will be banned from competing in another federation. The EC has no intention of stopping lifters from having freedom of choice. The IPF rule is a response to European countries loosing lifters to the WPC/WPO. The USAPL understands that, as Americans, we are free to lift wherever we desire. In many parts of the country there are strong ties between the USAPL and other federations. There are judges, promoters and lifters who participate in multiple federations. Cross-pollination helps our sport.
