Jason,

You are forgiven! A bench belt is a belt used in benching to help hold your shirt down and to give you something to push against. It is regulation width in the front but narrow in the back so it will not hurt your arch. Now if your bench is as bad as mine, you want all the help you can get. Our friend John has been keeping his belt a secret until some blabbermouth at the Women's Nationals let the truth out. So when ask, he had to fess up to having one and now I have one on the way. But to get one you must call 1-800-222-6897 and special request one.
