In Response To: Use of our national jugdes. (Will Morris)

Will,

I was at two National meets this year that would have used all the National referees they could get but very few stepped up to the plate. High Schools were begging for referees. The Tech Sec posted several times for referees and I know he called many but they had other things to do, did not want to travel and about every excuse you can think of. Collegiate Nationals, same thing. So using more National referees sounds good but they have to come to the meets at their own expense just like the Cat IIs and Cat Is. It is not like we get paid more. Our union rep has fallen down on the job.

Regina
