Hammers got his second of 567 but Neikson extended his lead when he got his second at 622. Nickson got his final DL at 628 to confirm the win and a 1631 total. Hammer finished second with 1591.

The meet went as anticipated with both lifters getting all three squats including Ricks' Masters WR 755 and Hooper's 815. Hoop went on to bench big (540) ending with a 160 lb. lead at the subtotal. Ricks made up signigicant ground on his opening DL of 661 but neither lifter could get addional deadlifts passed. Final result- Hooper 1940, Ricks 1873 and one heck of a show.
