A Big Thanks!!!

Well, another National’s down and in the books. I have to say this was by far the most contested nationals I can remember. Johnny Graham did a great job. Lifting was tremendous and the judging and spotting and loading was great.

A Big CONGRATS goes out to all the House of Power lifter’s that lifted this weekend: Darren, Daniel, Reece, Colt, James, Andre, and Bizzette. It was awesome to see you guys lift.

As far as my lifting goes, I was pretty pleased with the exception of my old nemesis, the deadlift. I will figure it out one of these days. I have to give credit to a tremendous champion and lifter, Dave Ricks. Dave, you are a class act and I only hope that I can be the lifter that you are at age 48. Congrats on your world record squat!!

Now, a lot of thanks to give out; although I am the only person on the platform, I would not be the lifter I am with out all the help and support I receive. To Darren, Daniel and the rest of the LSU crew and House of Power member’s, thanks for all the help in the gym. Thanks to Sherman Ledford and the Quest nutrition crew for all the help on the platform and providing me with the greatest supplements on the planet. Thanks to John Inzer for continuing to provide me with the greatest gear in the world. And a special thanks to Jeff Doulgas and Tony Cardella for all the meet help. Tony, your wraps were great!!! And of course, to my wife, Kim, thank you for all you love and support. You are my greatest fan!!!
