Separated Shoulder Rehab.

Yep. It's mine. It's not a complete separation -looks like level 1 or 2 0 but I went to the doc and also to my chiro (for some soft tissue work and a second opinion). Right now, it's too early to tell how bad it is.

Had X rays - no breaks and amm scheduled for a CT friday and that may lead to an MRI.... so it's wait and see at this point. Waiting for the inflammation to go down some more. Today is better than Monday in that I can move my arm farther laterally and to the front/up than I could Monday but it's still weak. Internal rotation against resistance hurts. The popping isn't as loud as it was, etc.

Lots of ice for now.

Killeen isn't going to happen this time around. Aside from the arm, we are going to visit relatives in Spain in August and that will most likely empty my travel coffers. LOL

Hopefully, I can do Lance's meet in December.
