In Response To: Separated Shoulder Rehab. (Jason Burnell)

Jason,

I seperated my shoulder last January 6th of 2005. I was back full into the swing of things by the end of march. Mine was a class 3 seperation.

For the first month i was too weak to even do any rehab, then after that I was able to do a full upperbody workout with VERY light weight until it didn't hurt as much.

I couldnt squat or DL Either becuase the strain on the shoulder.

I'm back full now and see very little problems with it.
