So do I fall out of the garbage can as part of the warmup or after the heavy set? You're a little vague in the details for your new squat cycle.

I think watching *any* video of Billy indicates something is wrong with you. Admitting you have watched Billy video should be strong evidence for a psych consult.

Doesn't just putting on your squat suit have that effect? I know all the people at my old gym stopped as if they were watching a car accident when I put my bench shirt on. Hmmm... that said my bench is like a car accident.
