I also realized last Thursday that I had not sent in my entry form either so I printed it out today and will send it in tomorrow. I hope I am ready for Bench Nationals, last Friday I put on my new tighter shirt and with 315 on the bar I got it down to two boards. I don't think Ron will need to adjust my "chest" this time.

How about if the Masters women's bench team hang all over Ron AND you at the Bench Nationals. Will that make you happy?
