The sleeves can be pushed up past elbows....and yes, if u lift USAPL then a Rage X is an excellent choice (for INZER). I dont think the groove is low on it at all. I actually have a hard time keeping my elbows in on it.

I used to bench just at my nipples...now I bench closer to my sternum either way its really good.

If not Rage X I would try a Phenom.
