Rage X single test USAPL Style

No doubt this is the best single poly shirt made. I have tried them all and nothing comes close. You can take this shirt to any groove you want. Too the belly or up high and still get a good groove. The shirt I used is pretty tight but never even began to run. This is a first for me in a single poly since I started benching over #500.

Warmup raw
45x10
95x5
135x3
225x3
315x3
405x2

Rage X single closed back on, Feet flat on floor and taking to chest.
585x3brd
635x2brd
675x1brd
725x1brd Felt awesome, a little slow at the top but not a max.

5 brds
tricep Ext
Lat pulldowns
hammer curls

I was actually hoping to get around #675 so I was really shocked by the #725. I hope that with a little work I can Bench #700@242 by USAPL rules. I figure it will be a big challenge for me to lift in the WPO and the USAPL at the same time. We will see what happens when I go full range. If you havn't tried a Rage X you need to.
