You can't be serious. You're trying to state that Rage wearers have never gotten out of groove and had accidents/near-accidents? That's just silly. For bigger attempts, spotters should go from 3 to 5 (2 to 4, really) and IMO, Steve Denison is right. The new generation fabric has ruined the sport.
