Very true. But people have not migrated from the blast shirt to the Rage-X because of the increased enjoyment. It's all about being competitive with the increased weight lifted.

I have never found putting on bench shirts or squat suits an enjoyment. Though it's mostly about the weight lifted my shoulders and hips do not bother me as much anymore.

Hmmm... now that I look at it that way maybe putting on a bench shirt does equal a good time. Injuries and pain suck! Well unless there is a garbage can involved.
