IPF Masters Bench

The IPF Masters World Bench Press Championship was outstanding! Almost 250 lifters from 25 countries. 250 Masters benchers in one venue. Incredible! The Miami venue was fantastic and the lifting was of the highest caliber. There will be an Open bench meet at the same venue on July 8th, the same weekend as the USAPL Men's Open Nationals. I encourage all benchers to attend the meet and put on a show. Last weekend was fun!! Let's do it all again.
