In Response To: Re: Qualifying for 2007 IPF Masters Bench Worlds (Nectar Kirkiris)

Nectorious,
That does not make sense to me. If the IPF says their qualifications are on year born and I am born in 1967 I would assume I qualify.

Why an alternate?

Example: lets say whatever meets were considered to be qualifier for 07 Masters Bench Worlds(06 Bench worlds, recent Bench Nats,Masters Nats and 9/06 Bench Nats)....and I posted the highest 275lb bench for Master I...I should be on team, not an alternate. Regardless of what time of year I was born...but because I was born in 1967...right?

Just want clarification.

Congrats to you and your whole team for the great lifting this weekend.

Sean
