LOL. I'll take any diet tips I can get. I have recently started a diet and I'm down 27 pounds. A lot more to go. Hope to get down to the 242s by the end of next year. Hold me to it! LOL To tell you the truth, I would love to lift at a few USAPL meets but my use of hormone replacement therapy rules me out at this time. I would gladly use the TUE proceedue if it was allowed. So I lift in other federations even though I consider myself "drug free" but others may disagree with that. Again, I am hoping my future attendance at a few USAPL meets in different parts of the state change my current opinion of their friendship level.
