In Response To: Junior Worlds Age Limit (NIcholas Gutierrez)

A December birthday? That's the worst time for a birthday if you want to go to IPF Junior Worlds.

You are eligible through the year of your 23rd birthday. You turned 23 last year (2005), so that was your final year of eligibility.

Had you been born one month later, you'd be eligible for this WHOLE year as well.

IMO, its a silly and confusing rule.
