Great to hear from you Ron.

It was my fault as usual.

418 was to have been my last warmup, to see if it was going to touch, but it was a mile off.

429 also failed to touch and 446 was called on pause.

Should have taken 440 2nd attempt.

Anyway Ron, enough about me, Murray was looking huge and strong again.

Must be the chocolate milk and breathing squats.

How are you?

Let me know soon.

I really hope to see you lifting in Germany next year.

Its too long to wait a year before I see all my friends again.

Miami was without doubt the best trip ever for me.

Keller and the Hotel staff did a great job for us - the platform crew were absolutely professional and exemplary - everyone made us feel welcome.
