You obviously are not getting what I am talking about...did you do what I said with a pencil?
From the side it can appear that the bar goes down when in fact it doesn't.
My feelings are: The head ref should not call depth.
I don't know what can be done about the uneven extension except get rid of the rule. Who has a protractor to measure the 15 degrees? If both arms lock out at the same time...good lift!
