Regina, yes it does. Yes it does. YES IT DOES! JimmyK tried to draw a picture for you and I explained in precise detail HOW the END of the bar dips legally. I printed the rule for you. There's nothing more I can do. If you ignore the logic, you are not refereeing properly.

Of course you'll have the last word, so have at it. I'm through with this thread.
