In Response To: Re: of course I would agree with someone named Jim (Jack Marcus)

("Bottom line is this.")

Apparently not.

("If the bar (end, side, top, bottom,)")

Sarcasm noted.

("THE BAR has lower motion, its the same as
downward motion is the same as dipping motion etc.")

As many ways as you're describing it, you're still wrong.

("The bar cannot go in a downward motion when pressing up.")

I challenge you to go to your gym, kneel next to 1 end of a bar in the bench brackets, have someone lift the other end 1 inch off the bracket, and NOT SEE YOUR END COME DOWN ONE INCH!

The (lagging) hand acts as the fulcrum of a 1st class lever.

If you're judging and you focus on that dipping END, you'll redlight in error. You must focus on the hands.

("Now, slight uneven extension will not cause the one side to dip while the
otherside goes up, but a more severe uneven extension will do that.")

Remember that the IPF allows, (moderately uneven extension). Somewhere between slight and severe perhaps.
