I totally agree and you know how I feel about rule enforcement that borders on the ridiculous.I dont think the judges should be antagonistic towards the lifter by any means,but the rules of the fed are the rules of that fed,especially at the top echelon.

I cant compete usapl because I cant bench with my thumbs wrapped and I hit too low on the chest( lets not talk about depth!) but if thems the rules...
Gordon is a perfect official imo.Red lights with a smile indeed. He is not giving you anything but isnt trying to bomb you either.
