In Response To: Masters Worlds Results are UP *LINK* (Jason Burnell)

it's almost as if you were there... except it was me!

This is just what I saw as it unfolded and isn't a polished write up -in fact it was hard to keep up between looking at the screens, the platform and then trying to type. Expect typos LOL

Day 1 session One

Men M2 & M3 56-67.5

Having never been to an IPF Worlds it was quite a treat to see the venue filled with athletes in their colorful uniforms with the flags of so many different countries. As the start time neared the anticipation could been seen on the faces of the lifters.
As expected a very fast pace – computer scoring and ER racks keep things moving along – timer on several screens including warm up room lets everyone know the order and time left etc.

Start of lifting
First lifter of 8 in flight one

Kim-Won Pok – easy opener 105k 3W

Next up Bidika – India – 130 k Easy
