I'm sure I speak for the Albany Strength crew when I say thank you & great job. Pat is definitely a great meet director. The entire day went smooth thanks to great direction, helpers & judges. As for Mid Hudson Athletic Club, all I can say is....WOW! Incredible facility and one of the best venues I've been honored to compete in.
