In Response To: Re: NY STATES BENCH PRESS COMPETITION (Pat Carroll)

I am glad to hear the Fred is returning to full fitness.

There is in fact a shop in London's West End called "Freddini"

I will get a photo of the sign.

However, I don't think they sell Mid-Hudson Athletic Club T-shirts like mine, though...thanks Fred.

Mick King send his regards

Mick is competing in our WPC/APF affiliate and after opening at 528 weighing a light 248 just missed 590 that may have given him a 55-59 Masters record.

I expect 617 from Mick this year, when he gets dialled in to his 52 F6 double ply

Unfortunately Dave Brooks got badly hurt again last Sunday in our Unequipped Bench Nationals.

He managed to ride his 1000cc Kawasaki the 120 miles back to Pompey but had to stop at Fleet Services for painkillers and coffee.

As always he and I send our kindest regards to Micah Geraghty.

We will never forget the help you gave us in Killeen, 2002, Micah.
