That makes sense to me. If I wanted to compete at 220 then, I'd need to be no heavier than 224-226 during training. Given that I have no experience cutting water, I'd want to be on the lower end of things. Any tips on cutting water weight and rehydrating with a 2-hr weighin in mind?
