Try this. Let's assume that you need to weigh in on saturday morning with a 2 hour weigh in.
wednesday & thursay - drink 1 gallon of water per day, limit salt intake and keep carbs to a minimum. You'll be going to the bathroom frequently during this time.
friday morning afternoon, keep drinking water at a regular pace (about 8oz/hour)
Friday evening (about 12-16 hours before weigh-in) you're going to limit water consumption to 16oz total until you weigh in. Eat a banana or take a potassium pill.
Saturday morning, have a cup of black coffee, go to the bathroom, then weigh in.
After weigh-ins, eat a can of chicken soup and drink a bottle of pedialyte. Your weight should be back up to 226 in a couple of hours.
