Not sure what kind of training you are doing, but are you doing some cardio? Another thing is drinking water.
When cutting weight you have to look at your gear too. One of the guys in our gym dropped 11 lbs before a meet and his squat suit did not fit right. His bench shirt was also too loose. If you have any drug free body builders in your gym talk to them about loosing water.
