I've got a good place to train now, and a lot of people that are knowledgable about weight manipulation but they do it with 24 and 48 hr weighins, sauna, etc. Nobody around me has cut water weight and had to rehydrate with a 2 hour weighin. I train using Westside principles and I've been doing a couple of cardio sessions a week -- mainly swimming as it doesn't take away from my lifting as much as some other cardio did. I think I'm good on my equipment, I just got a slightly used 42 Titan Centurian that is very, very tight. It would probably fit better if I lost a bit of weight. I'm not too concerned about the bench shirt as when I lose weight I don't lose too much upper body size if I'm training properly.
