In Response To: Re: Rotorcuff Surgery/Powerlifting (Harriet Hall)

Hello, my name is Mike Womelsdorf, I'm 48 and had surgery done to a major tear in my right arm 14 months ago, and now I'm 6 weeks healing from surgery on my left arm which had a minor tear, both were from Benching. Good news is that you can come back. I would love to help a Lifter telling them about how I came back and some of the things you can do, but I hate typing so if you like call my business number at (909) 880-2948 and I will be happy to explain all the details. Mike
