Greetings: We did not want to prematurely announce the ukrainian and russian suspensions until the legal aspects were satisfied. People were telling me in Miami that russia and ukraine were out for 3 years. not true. I should know, having signed off on the suspension.

FYI Gillingham competed with me and friends in June/Dorado at NAPF's and had recently done Master's as well (859 deadlift). Nationals, Master's, NAPF and IPF would be 4 trips a year.
