How Do You Fill The Closet

In response to Kevin Stewart's clean the closet, who or how do you fill the positions after they're empty? There aren't that many individuals interested in running the USAPL in the first place. Replacing officials with new officials would not necessarily change anything but the faces. Everyone below the current committees are ingrained with the same way of doing things anyhow.
