The queen thought the guy was a dick head! ROTFLMFAO!
Prince Albert Origin
Named for Queen Victoria's consort Prince Albert, who allegedly had one, this is considered by many men to be the most sensual of the penis piercings. Is is also referred to as a "dressing ring". Legend has it that the piercing was introduced by Beau Brummell and was used to secure the penis against the leg to reduce any "unsightly" bulge in the tight trousers of the period. It is usually done today for pure pleasure.
