oes anyone really know an organization that is run y the members? Really? My experience is that a few :end up always doing the most and eventually they :feel used and deserving of more and get themselves :in some sort of trouble.

The other side to it is the few that do all the work get burned out and just stop doing it. Hard to blame them.

:Just a few more sentences of verbal crap from me :and I'm done. Regardless of how GOOD someone is, :they should not be allowed to be in office more :than two years.

That would be nice but there is often no one to replace them that wants the job. We have had state chair elections and no one (myself included) has wanted the job. I am very thankful for that short bald bench press specialist that we call Lance.
