The Manta Ray

I have been squatting with the Manta Ray on Friday nights three weeks ago just to make a change and the results in terms of ab and lumbar conditioning are just staggering.
Everything Mr Simmons says about this piece of kit is true.
I do 3 sets x 20 leg extensions after 8 sets of back squats with the Manta Ray.
