To Jason Richardson, Al Miller, the judges, spotters, and all of the Motivations Fitness staff and volunteers; AWESOME JOB!!!!!!!

What a fantastic contest! As always, we had a great time! Beautiful awards, GREAT MUSIC!!!!, and awesome crowd! For those who weren't there or who have never come to this outside bench contest, you are missing out!!! This is a great experience. The lifting is spectacular every year!!!!! There were so many State Records set yesterday, it was amazing. Some huge lifts were turned in by so many and lots of drama to boot!

Congrats goes out to all the lifters, great job! Thanks to all of those who stopped by the Garage Ink booth to check us out and to chat a while!

I can't wait to see you all again soon. Coming up there is like coming home. You all treat the Garage Ink team like family and we love it!

Finally I want to thank "Big Daddy" Jenkins, Jere "Ego Killer" Hess, my wife, Dyan; and finally Big Dan Ratchford!!! Without you guys that 650 bench would not have been possible!!! You guys ROCK!!!!

Steve Mann's 585 @ 248 was hard to beat on formula and so was Kevin Johnson's 575 as a Master lifter, but getting that Katana Swoard was really cool!

Once again, Thanks to all of you and congrats to all the lifters!!!!!
Take care,
Niko
