Cheryl, I understand where you're coming from but I woudl also add this for your consideration. It's not necessary that we all like each other or that we all get along. We are all people and there is always ging to be someone that doesn't like me or that I don't like. That's just the way it is.
What is important though is that at some point we realize that we are on the same side in Some respects. A personal example is my relationship with Brad Madvig. We are always at odd with one another - we argue over our interpretations of fairness, over gear companies and their treatment and pretty much everything else. In fact, we've had some lovely email exchanges since this forum started.
BUT, when I step back and look at it, I know Brad has worked his butt off organizing lifters, meets and doing what he can to promote the sport and the USAPL in his state. I've tried to model some of the stuff we now do in California after some of the stuff he's done in his state. If we want to see USAPL get better and attract more people we are going to have to figure out how to at least co-exist.
I'm still working on that. LOL
Anyway, best wishes and Happy Holidays to you. Man, this year has gone by fast!!!
