Thanks Cliff and Hutch, You guys are the best. I could not have done as well with out the help of a good friend Mike Harris. He showed me a few things to do and rearranged my bench shirt so it fit better. Also i want to thank Sebastion Burns for comming down to Dans Gym to improve our form and give us a few pointers. Pat Carroll great job we jumped the gun on 400 but next time you should get it. Tom Albano.. you would not believe the people that were impressed with your lifting nice job. "You mean he only weighs 163????"Holy s#@t. Richie Scott,Untapped talent, next contest 600 after that who knows? Louie and shawn, thanks for the spot if it wasn't for you guys I would be a spot.
