2006 YMCA Northwest Women's Regional Championships *LINK*

The 2006 Northwest Women's Regional Championships will be held this year on Suday November 5, 2006 at the Meredith Mathews East Madison YMCA in Seattle. As many of you female lifters know, this has been a great showcase event for powerful women for the last eight years. It is always fun and competitive and is a very supportive atmosphere, particularly for new lifters. Information and entry forms can be found at www.nwusapl.com. Come out and enter or watch some the strongest women in the northwest women sling some iron!
