That ratio is probably pretty accurate. A pro boxer who trains with us uses the green bands in this manner to develope speed. He can bench 400 with no bands but only 310 with the bands a difference of 90 pounds at the top. Of course he is 6' 3" which makes his bench stroke significantly longer than yours.
