In Response To: Bench Press command rule change? (Ryan Edwards)

One of the proposed changes to the technical rules that will be discussed at thir year's IPF Congress in Stavanger, Norway shall include the inclusion of the "press" command to the exisiting two other commands that are required for the bench press.

So, "if passed at the congress" the IPF commands for the bench press will include the following:

1. "Start" Command with hand-signal
2. "Press" Command
3. "Rack" Command with hand-signal
