Stripping records from Russia and Ukraine

Since the latest surge of failures coming from the Ukraine and from Russia, is the IPF looking into possibly stripping records from these athletes? I'm not sure of the changes that have been made to the testing program. But, they are definitely working when they haven't in the past. If the samples from the competitions in the which these athletes passed their tests still exists, perhaps they could be tested again using the new system. I'd hate to see a lifter like Yarymbash keep some of those junior records that weren't earned legally.
