In Response To: Idaho State Meet -Prelim Report (Sean Anderson)

Sean,

Good to see Powerlifting staying strong in Pocatello. I went to school at Idaho State 83-87. I helped run the first ADFPA meet in Idaho in 86 at the old Sports World gym which is no longer there. Then we ran a dual sanction ADFPA/USPF meet in Nov 87 at the Pineridge Mall right in front of JC Penney. Fred Hatfield came up from Calif to do a seminar the night before at hotel nearby. Then Fred guest lifted at the meet. It was a fun day with over 50 lifters from 5 states. Then I moved to Calif in 88 and life has never been the same. I love warm weather!
