Another Bench Press rule change?

Today I heard there's to be rampant rule changes to the bench press at the 2006 IPF congress which if passed will take effect January 1st. Among other things some IPF execs want a rule passed that requires the lower leg to remain at a 90 degree angle. You will not be able to tuck your feet up under you any more. The feet are to ramain flat on the floor. It would turn the bench press into more of a flat back excercise. I'm curious how everyone feels about this new rule and how it will effect our USAPL meets in America.
