Not only that but think how hard it will be to judge if a lifter's legs are at a ninety degree angle. Judging squat depth would be a piece of cake compared to judging legs ninety degree angles on the bench. The IPF might as well make the lifter extend the legs on top the bench. But is Ryan's information really true? I can't believe it.
