Just Enforce The Current BP Rule. It's Not Broke

I agree in principle. Obviously something should be done about the extreme arch benches but I believe judging the leg position is the wrong part of the body. The rule says the butt has to be in contact with the bench. The extreme arch benchers' butts aren't touching the bench. It's their hamstrings that touch. If the glutes, not the bottom of the glutes, are required to touch the bench it will maintain the classic bench press position. It's impossible to make an extreme arch when the glutes are in contact with the bench. The 90 degree leg angle would be an extreme on the other end of the spectrum from the extreme arch.
