How is the 10.11 rule is abused

Whether you agree with the 10.11 rule or not the IPF was quick to give Siders a warning letter while others go without warning or suspension for the same rule. They had him right in their sites. Perhaps they got rid of Siders to balance the scale after they got rid of the Russians and Ukrainians? If that's the case who's next. I bet the IPF doesn't send warning letters to anyone else in the US for the 10.11 rule, unless they can win team points. But watch out when they roll out of bed tomorrow with someone else on their beanies. Someone you know could be the next target of their whims.
